Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MAFFS (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. MAFFS is developed and maintained by Mohit Kumar.

License & Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MAFFS for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

App Features

MAFFS provides the following features, subject to these terms:

• Calculator Modes: Multiple calculation modes including standard, scientific, programmer, and unit conversion. Results are provided for informational purposes and should be independently verified for critical applications.
• Nerd Mode: A natural language interface powered by third-party AI services. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the correctness of AI-generated results.
• History & Variables: Locally stored calculation history and user-defined variables. This data resides solely on your device and may be lost if you delete the app or reset your device.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• You acknowledge that calculation results should be verified independently for any critical, financial, or professional use.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within MAFFS are the intellectual property of Mohit Kumar and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The MAFFS name, logo, and visual identity may not be used without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MAFFS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohit Kumar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to errors in calculations, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also terminate or restrict your access to the app if you violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
